Home Foreclosure Prevention
Unfortunately more than half of homeowners facing foreclosure do not call for help when they begin to fall behind in their payments.
No one should ever pay a third party to intervene on their behalf to prevent foreclosure. Neighborhood Housing Services provides free, unbiased and accessible programs and services to prevent foreclosure.
To be effective and successful the homeowner needs to pick up the phone and make the call: In Medina County, call 330.764.HOME (4663)     *New* Apply for Foreclosure Prevention assistance ONLINE!

United Way of America’s Born Learning program has come to Medina County.  Born Learning is a public engagement campaign to help parents, caregivers and communities create early learning opportunities for young children. It is built on awareness, education and action. Parents, grandparents and other caregivers will find “doable” action steps to help young children learn and enter kindergarten ready to be successful.

ADVANCING THE COMMON GOOD
Building blocks for a good life:

  • Education – Helping Children and Youth Achieve Their Potential
  • Income – Promoting Financial Stability and Independence
  • Health – Improving People’s Health

Advancing the common good is less about helping one person at a time and more about changing systems to help all of us. We are all connected and interdependent. We all win when a child succeeds in school, when families are financially stable, when people are healthy.

United Way’s goal is to create long-lasting changes by addressing the underlying causes of these problems. Living united means being a part of the change. It takes everyone in the community working together to create a brighter future. GiveAdvocateVolunteer.  LIVE UNITED.
